Liability for content

The contents of our own pages and of the app have been created with the greatest possible care. The provider, however, cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or up-to-dateness of the contents. As a service provider, the provider is responsible under § 7(1) DDG for its own content on these pages in accordance with general statutory law. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, the provider as a service provider is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general statutory law remain unaffected.
