The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Deck Builder grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may install and use the App on your personal device. All intellectual property rights in the App remain with the developer.
Deck Builder offers an optional subscription called “Deck Builder Pro.” This is an auto-renewing paid subscription managed through Google Play (via RevenueCat). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are offered unless required by law or Google’s policies.
Free users may create up to 3 decks. Pro subscribers can create an unlimited number of decks and may receive additional features. Purchases are handled via Google Play, and all Google Play billing terms apply.
You may use Deck Builder without creating an account. A Google account is required for purchases. By using the App, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or have parental permission if younger. The App is not intended for children under 13.
You retain ownership of any decks or content you create. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service. You may not create or share illegal, infringing, harassing, or harmful content.
We collect limited data (such as device identifiers, crash logs, and analytics) in compliance with GDPR and other laws. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not sell personal information.
The App integrates with services like Google Play, RevenueCat, and Firebase. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. By using the App, you acknowledge that third-party terms apply to purchases and data handling.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription anytime in Google Play. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete locally stored decks.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or one euro (whichever is greater).
We may modify these Terms or the App at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by German law and relevant EU regulations. Disputes will be subject to the courts in Germany, unless local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
